Stony Creek Drainage Improvements Phase 1 May 2026 – October 2026
East Norriton Township is replacing the existing stormwater infrastructure on Pacer Lane from Meadowbrook Road downstream to the existing outfall. In general, the work consists of but is not limited to: the demolition of existing stormwater infrastructure, the installation of concrete box culvert, concrete storm pipe, plastic storm pipe, storm structures, and restoration of pavement and grass areas. The contractor to perform the work has been awarded to G&B Construction Group. Construction for the contract work is anticipated to begin in late May and last through the summer. The replacement of the existing infrastructure will require the relocation of a water main. The water main relocation work is being performed by Fidelity Contracting LLC on behalf of the PA American Water Company ahead of the contract work. The water main relocation work was approved to begin on March 30th and is anticipated to be completed by April 30th. PA American Water Company will reach out directly to any residents to notify them of any interruptions in service. Additional updates on the contract work will be provided following completion of the water main relocation and review of contract submittals and documentation.
